Critical Crafting 1: Kombucha as a Low Fidelity Prototyping Material
We understand that the future is filled with wonderful bio-materials as objects, but how do we begin to think about what this fabrication pipeline will feel/ look like? To what advantages do potential new processes in fabrication have for the environment? What are new fabrication and techniques that can make objects that were not possible before?
We are currently writing a report which documents fabrication and will cover these areas:
1.1 Kombucha As A Low Fidelity Prototyping Material
1.2 Leveraging the microbial environment.
1.3 Mold Making + Experimental Topologies
